Chilled Pickled Plum Tomato

Ingredients:

Half a pound of cherry tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of Kwan Wah preserved plum powder6 pieces of Kwan Wah cool preserved plumsYellow 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar

Method:

1. Boil a smallBoilWater, add Kwan Wah cool preserved plums and Kwan Wah preserved plum powder, and after about 5 minutes, take them out and let them cool.

2. Wash the cherry tomatoes, and make a cross with the tip of a knife on the tomatoes. Then place them in boiling water for 20 seconds.

3. Soak the cherry tomatoes in ice water. After about 5-10 minutes, peel off the tomato skin and place in a sealed container.Inside

4. Add Kwan Wah cool preserved plums (with water),YellowMix sugar and white vinegar lightly, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
