Our company strives to ensure that the products introduced on this website have the most up-to-date information and prices, as well as stock availability, and reserves the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. All orders are subject to final confirmation and processing based on the availability of the relevant products. If any product is unavailable due to stock shortages, our company reserves the right to refuse to accept that order or to provide a substitute of the same type and price. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email before the requested delivery date.
Registration of Personal Information
You may fill out one or more registration or application forms from our company on this website or through other means (e.g., specialty stores) to use our product ordering service.
When registering, you must:
(i) Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information;
(ii) Ensure proper safekeeping of your personal username and password;
(iii) Authorize us to assume that only you or individuals authorized by you will use your username and password to log into this website. If any information you provide is outdated, incorrect, false, or incomplete, our company has the right to refuse your use of the product ordering service on this website. Order Confirmation
After the customer successfully places an order, our company will send an email to the email address provided by the customer to confirm that we have received the order. This email does not constitute a delivery commitment for the ordered product items.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason.
Damaged Goods and Returns
Customers must check the goods upon receipt to ensure they match the type and quantity ordered and are not damaged. If the goods do not match the type and quantity ordered or are damaged, please notify our customer service department immediately to arrange for a replacement. If the customer has signed for the goods, our company reserves the right to refuse the replacement.
If customers need to terminate the ordering service, they must call our customer service hotline within seven days of ordering the goods. (852)2386 2068 to contact customer service (applicable only in Hong Kong) and present a valid receipt for a refund. If the deadline is exceeded, our company may refuse the customer's application.
Ownership of Products and Risk Responsibility
Our company retains ownership of the goods until the customer settles the payment. The risk of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for any losses incurred if the customer requests the goods to be left outside. Our company will not be liable to users or any third parties for any circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, customs seizures) that prevent us from accurately providing the services or goods you require.
