Plum Sweet and Sour Ribs
Ingredients:
5 slices of ginger、appropriate amount of white sesame, 40 grams of rock sugar、9 pieces of secret recipe化核 preserved plums、2 tablespoons of soy sauce、4 tablespoons of black vinegar、3 tablespoons of wine、800 grams of pork ribs、400 milliliters of water
Instructions:
1. First, bring the pork ribs and 2 slices of ginger to a boil in cold water to remove impurities, then remove and set aside.
2. Combine the preserved plums, soy sauce, vinegar, wine, and water together to let the preserved plums infuse their flavor.
3. Add oil and rock sugar, let the sugar caramelize, then mix in the blanched pork ribs, ensuring they are all coated with the caramel color, add 3 slices of ginger and the sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Cover with a lid, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then increase to high heat to reduce the sauce, and sprinkle with white sesame before serving.
