Plum Sweet and Sour Ribs

Ingredients:

5 slices of gingerappropriate amount of white sesame, 40 grams of rock sugar9 pieces of secret recipe化核 preserved plums2 tablespoons of soy sauce4 tablespoons of black vinegar3 tablespoons of wine800 grams of pork ribs400 milliliters of water

Instructions:

1. First, bring the pork ribs and 2 slices of ginger to a boil in cold water to remove impurities, then remove and set aside.

2. Combine the preserved plums, soy sauce, vinegar, wine, and water together to let the preserved plums infuse their flavor.

3. Add oil and rock sugar, let the sugar caramelize, then mix in the blanched pork ribs, ensuring they are all coated with the caramel color, add 3 slices of ginger        and the sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.

4. Cover with a lid, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then increase to high heat to reduce the sauce, and sprinkle with white sesame before serving.
