Sour Plum Drunken Pork Knuckles

Ingredients:

1 pig's trotter, appropriate amount of ginger and scallions, 1 branch of fragrant rice wine, 8 pieces of Crown Hua's secret preserved plum king

Method:

1. First, boil a pot of water with ginger and scallions, then add the pig's trotter and cook for 50 minutes.

2. After cooking the pig's trotter, soak it in ice water until cool.

3. Place the pig's trotter on a plate and add fragrant rice wine.

4. Finally, add the Crown Hua's secret preserved plum king and let it soak in the refrigerator for a night before eating.
