Dried tangerine peel and red bean steamed egg white

Ingredients:

380 grams of egg whites, 450 milliliters of whole milk, 75 grams of condensed milk, 40 grams of white sugar, a pinch of salt and white vinegar, 3 pieces of aged tangerine peel, 1 can of sweetened red beans

Instructions:

1. Soak the tangerine peel in warm water for half an hour, then scrape off the pith and cut the peel into thin strips.

2. In a heatproof bowl, mix the sugar, milk, condensed milk, salt, and vinegar, then add to the egg whites and strain to remove the fibers.

3. Pour the mixed liquid into a glass bottle and sprinkle with the tangerine peel strips.

4. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes, then add the red beans to finish.
