Stewed Snow Pear with Dried Plums and Silver Ear Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Organic white fungus 200 gramsPears 2 piecesGuanghua's secret preserved plum king (pitted) 5 piecesGoji berries 5 gramsRock sugar 100 grams

Water 2 liters

Method:

1. Peel and core the pear.Cut into pieces and set aside.

2. Use a cotton bag to contain the fruit peels and cores.

3. Rinse the white fungus and tear it into small pieces, then boil it with the pear skin and core on high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Remove the pear skin and core, add the pear flesh and preserved plum, boil for 10 minutes, then add goji berries and cook for 1 minute before turning off the heat, and add rock sugar.
