Plum wine talks about plum jelly

Ingredients:

Crown Hua's secret preserved plum king or chilled preserved plum king 4 pieces, Japanese plum wine 200 milliliters, water 200 milliliters, gelatin sheets 5 pieces, honey 3 tablespoons

Method:

1. Soak the gelatin sheets until soft.
2. Prepare a pot, add 200 milliliters of water and 200 milliliters of Japanese plum wine, and bring to a gentle boil.
3. After turning off the heat, add honey and gelatin sheets and mix until completely dissolved.
4. Then add the preserved plum meat and soak for 30 minutes while cooling.
5. Finally, pour the plum wine into the jelly mold and place the preserved plums in the center of each mold.
6. Then refrigerate for 2 hours until the jelly sets.
