Knowledge about fish maw
1. Steam for 20-30 minutes until the fish maw is soft and can be bent.
2. Then soak the fish maw in water and place it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, boil a pot of water with ginger and scallions, add the fish maw, cover the pot, and boil on high heat for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit (bake) overnight to complete.
Tip:
1. Ensure that the container is clean when soaking the seafood.
2. There must be no oil, otherwise it will affect the soaking and swelling effect.
3. After soaking the fish maw, it can be directly used to make soup or cooked, stewed, or braised.
