Red bean, lentil, and pig bone soup

Ingredients:

Half a taro20 grams of red beans20 grams of lentils1 carrota small amount of aged tangerine peelappropriate amount of pork bones1 fig

Method:

1. First, wash all the ingredients thoroughly

2. Cut the taro into sections, peel and cut the carrot into sections

3. Blanch the pork bones

4. Prepare the tangerine peel & wash the fig, red beans, and lentils

5. Place all the ingredients in a pot, boil on high heat for about 25 minutes, then switch to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes, add a little salt and it's done
