Red bean, lentil, and pig bone soup

Ingredients:
Half a taro、20 grams of red beans、20 grams of lentils、1 carrot、a small amount of aged tangerine peel、appropriate amount of pork bones、1 fig
Method:
1. First, wash all the ingredients thoroughly。
2. Cut the taro into sections, peel and cut the carrot into sections。
3. Blanch the pork bones。
4. Prepare the tangerine peel & wash the fig, red beans, and lentils。
5. Place all the ingredients in a pot, boil on high heat for about 25 minutes, then switch to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes, add a little salt and it's done。
