spare ribs 300 g
dried tangerine peel（soaked） 1/2
preserved plums（cored） 2
egg yolk 1
corn flour little
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
chicken powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
rose essence wine 1 tsp
1.Chop spare ribs into pieces; Soak dried tangerine peel and preserved plum, and chop finely.
2.Put all the above ingredients in a bowl, add in marinade and egg yolk, and mix well.
3.Coat it with corn flour for deep-frying.
4.Heat up oil and then deep-fry the ribs until golden and cooked.
